Oh please, Bing has been flat around 91/2% for months. It was down in September to under 9, then back up slightly in October (probably fueled by W7). Here's my gripe, in W7 RC, I had no trouble changing the default search engine for IE8 from bing to google, but in the official release, google is nowehere to be found (especially on popular search engines). Seriously, you had to search for it by name to make it default - isn't this the same BS that got m$ in trouble last time? I say that as a novelty, the only time I used IE8 was to download the most recent Firefox, just since my stored copy hadn't been updated in a while. I expect bing to drift up as the clueless use IE8 and can't figure out how to change back to google, but honestly, most of those people (like my mom, my aunt) never use the default search on the browser, they just type google into the addressbar. Is it me or are there a hell of a lot more m$ pumpers on all forums spewing this kind of trash since W7 came out?.

Partly because they are so pious and nice people. I mean the whole idea behind the revolution was that they wanted to throw out the corrupting foreign influences and return to what was being sold as honest safe values. You can see how that turned out.

Wrong. They did supply the certificate of death, what AFLAC is balking at is the fact that no suspect in the homicide has been named.I think what they are concerned about is if the mother had anything to do with the murder they wouldn't want to pay her. Since the detectives won't put it in writing that the mom isn't a suspect (even though they verbally say she isn't.. probably protecting their ass if something later points at her) then AFLAC is probably going to contend that the mom MIGHT still be involved.A slight technicality but I'm guessing that is where AFLAC is making their stand (even though it's pretty lame).

At the risk of making a broad generalization, all cops are *****. They are either corrupt, covering for somebody who is corrupt, or too ***** stupid to notice all the corruption around them. The police academy is where all those former high school football players with room temperature IQ's go after that can't find a real job on the outside.

DING DING DING Azdak. They're hypocrites. You see, if advertisers saw what we had to say about their ads, they wouldn't spend the money on them. However bberan is wrong. You see if Digg folds, there will be PLENTY of competitors available to take their spot. Information wants to be free and the minute you start trying to restrict it or diminish the experience, people will go elsewhere. |
