depends which way the motor moves the sensor/lens assembly. If it moves it in the opposite direction of the movement, then you have image stabilization. If it moves it in another direction, you get blur, as if you moved the camera itself when you took the shot. not sure how pleasant it is, though..

China is a growing economic power and will over take us eventually, which is all the more reason why we should be reinvesting into future technologies that will make us more independent in all areas. But first, we must STOP relying on other countries (mainly China) for money, and we also need to find a way to make enough energy to sustain ourselves. We can't out produce them, but we can still out-smart them, and if we do that, then we can still be on top, just like after the Cold War.

But govsucks, don't forget....if we don't vote for someone who can be perceived as a potential winner, we're throwing our vote away by voting for someone who can't win./sIf everyone that complained about the two parties actually put their money where their mouth was, we would have more than two parties by now, but for 99% people think that they have to vote for one of the perceived viable candidates to "have their vote count".
