Personally, I don't think any nation is responsible enough to have weapons that can kill millions of people. Even if you trust the current government of any one nation, there is no guarantee that future governments will be as wise or as prudent.That said, whether America is responsible or not has no bearing on whether _Iran_ is responsible or not.
